– Tell them something that’s emotional. Tell them, stories are emotional, they have an emotional rollercoaster. A great speech makes people laugh and cry. They have mountains and valleys. They have fast bits and really slow bits, like good music. Good speech is like good music and that’s what people should be aiming for and not being monotone, because then you very soon get clicked out. In fact you’ve clicked out already.
